My Story

My Story - Aileen Soto

If you had met me years ago, you probably wouldn't have guessed that I would one day become a business owner, REALTOR®, industry leader, and advocate for women in business.

My journey hasn't followed a traditional path. I became a mother as a teenager, a life-changing experience that forced me to grow up quickly and see the world through a different lens. While many people saw obstacles, I saw a reason to keep pushing forward. My son became my greatest motivation and the driving force behind every goal I set for myself.

As a first-generation American, I was raised with an appreciation for hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance. I understood early on that if I wanted to create a different future for myself and my family, I would need to build it. That determination led me to earn my Bachelor of Science in Public Health from The University of Texas at El Paso, becoming the first in my family to achieve milestones that once felt out of reach.

Like many entrepreneurs, my path wasn't always clear. In 2019, I made the decision to enter the world of real estate. I was looking for more than a career--I was looking for an opportunity to create freedom, build generational wealth, and help others do the same. What started as a leap of faith quickly became a passion. Real estate gave me the chance to combine my love for people, service, and personal growth while making a meaningful impact on the lives of my clients.

Along the way, I discovered another passion: leadership. I learned that success is not just about personal achievements but about creating opportunities for others to grow alongside you. That belief led me to serve as President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® El Paso Del Norte Network, where I had the privilege of helping empower real estate professionals, build meaningful partnerships, and create programs that encouraged others to step into leadership roles of their own.

My passion for growth eventually expanded beyond local markets and into global real estate. Today, I actively promote international real estate education and opportunities, helping connect professionals across borders and encouraging others to think bigger about what is possible in their careers.

Life has also taught me that success isn't measured only by accomplishments. There have been seasons of heartbreak, disappointment, uncertainty, and personal challenges that tested my faith and resilience. Those experiences shaped me just as much as the victories did. They taught me the importance of gratitude, courage, and continuing to move forward even when the path ahead is unclear.

Today, I am proud of the life I have built--not because it has been perfect, but because it has been earned through persistence, faith, and a willingness to keep growing. I am a mother, entrepreneur, REALTOR®, leader, and lifelong learner. Most importantly, I am someone who believes that your past does not define your future.

My mission is simple: to help others see possibilities where they once saw limitations, to build meaningful connections, and to create opportunities that change lives--whether through real estate, leadership, or simply sharing my story.
